treat such a request as routine procedure used in the business of Intellectual Properties and therefore not take offence when asked.

GRADUAL DISCLOSURE

Parties who may be interested in a project(s) of the Company will be asked to respect that Gradual Disclosure of a Work may be considered appropriate and release of material will be dependent on prior progress in meetings, correspondence and so forth.

DISCLAIMER

Where Intellectual Properties give mention to names and/or characters these are likely to be the the product of the authors imagination
and will be stated as such in Disclosures. Therefore any resemblances to persons living or dead should be treated as purely co-incidental.

and all Rights attach in the usual way unless otherwise detailed in Disclosures.
